Howard's background growing up in poverty in Kalamazoo, Michigan instilled in him the power of determination and hard work. He pursued dual degrees in college and refused to let his circumstances define him.

In 2010, Howard founded Howard Hughes Consulting with a vision to help individuals and businesses achieve their maximum potential by servicing their respective needs for growth. Starting with business plans, the company has since expanded its capabilities to offer an array of professional essentials all in one place such as licensing, marketing, legal representation, accounting, web design, employee engagement, and more. The company also specializes in mentoring individuals who desire to explore entrepreneurship in the future, tailored specifically to clients and incorporating financial advising, debt eradication, and accountability.

With over a decade of experience managing investment capital accounts ranging from $3 million to $3 billion, Howard has the expertise and knowledge to help you succeed. But for Howard, success is about more than just money. It's about living a life of purpose and impact. That's why he walked away from corporate America and founded Howard Hughes Consulting, HMH Financial, and wrote his first book, "Turning Your Ordinary Business into a Successful Empire" and his most recent book, “The Ultimate Entrepreneur.” He wanted to make a difference and inspire others to do the same.
